  • Introduction
  •  Our solution for Rice Husk Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
          - Particle Size : < 5mm
          - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
          - Suitable Raw Material : Rice Husk, Groundnut Shell, Sunflower Shell, etc.

     Typical process flow – conversion of rice husk into pellets:
          A) Milling → B) Pelletizing → C) Cooling → D) Bagging 

     The above process flow involves the following main machines:
          A) Hammer Mill : Mill rice husk into particle size.
          B) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets.
          C) Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃.
          D) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.

     The complete rice husk pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
          A) Belt & Screw Conveyor Transport materials and connect different machines.
          B) Bucket Elevator Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

    Depending on the different husk (form and moisture content), we will design the suitable solution to meet

          B) The typical process flow is also applies to dry groundnut shells, sunflower shells, watermelon seeds and other pellets
              production.
